What we standardise on when we build - materials, sensing, finishes, controls, and traceability. Each point pairs a deck visual on the left with clear web text on the right.

Part 1 - Materials & components

Structural materials, sensing, finishes, and hardware choices we apply across our machinery.

  • Bosch aluminium profiles only

We use only Bosch profiles in our machinery - we do not substitute other profile systems.

  • Keyence sensing

We use Keyence sensors for most sensing positions, for quality and dependable performance in production environments.

  • Nickel & hard chrome finishes

Nickel plating on fixtures resists corrosion and improves appearance. Machine base plates are hard chrome plated for abrasion resistance.

  • Stainless steel fasteners

We use stainless steel fasteners for all fastening applications across our machines.

  • Anodised aluminium parts

All aluminium parts are anodised for durability and a consistent industrial finish.

  • AL-HE30 structural grade

We use AL-HE30 grade aluminium for structural strength. Higher manganese supports a strong, stable grain structure in fabricated frames and plates.

  • CE-marked control components

Control components we integrate are CE certified, aligned with expected compliance for machinery supplied into regulated markets.

  • Globally available components

We favour components that are available globally so support, spares, and upgrades stay practical for customers in India and overseas.

Part 2 - Systems & standards

Architecture, pneumatics, safety, data, and serviceability - how the machine behaves in the plant.

  • IO modules & bus communication

We use IO modules with bus communication to cut field wiring and make maintenance and changes easier over the machine life.

  • Pneumatics: Festo & SMC

Our pneumatic circuits standardise on Festo and SMC for consistency, documentation, and worldwide parts availability.

  • Polycarbonate doors - not acrylic

Machine doors use polycarbonate for impact resistance and clarity; we do not use acrylic where toughness and safety matter.

  • EN safety standards

Safety design follows EN standards in line with the Machinery Directive, documented and verifiable for CE-bound builds.

  • Modular, flush-mounted panels

Modular layouts with flush-mounted panels save space, tidy the envelope, and reduce the overall machinery footprint on the shop floor.

  • DAQ & SPC for traceability

We implement capable DAQ and SPC so process data is captured, trended, and available for quality traceability and customer audits.

  • Remote support network modules

Online support through remote network modules reduces dependence on ad-hoc PCs in the plant and speeds diagnostics when you need help.

  • Rexroth ball catches (door accessories)

Door hardware includes Rexroth ball catches - reliable, industrial-grade accessories matched to the framing systems we use.
